Mohave County Bail Bonds

BAIL BY PHONE

Most of our Mohave County bail bonds transactions can be handled over the phone with paperwork being sent via email, fax, or in some cases text. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, wired funds, Zelle, or direct bank deposit (Chase, Wells Fargo, BOA, or National Bank of Arizona).  We try to simplify the process as much as possible, we know your main objective is to get your friend or family member out of jail.  We don’t like to bog you down with paperwork.  We believe the simplest way of dealing with a bond is with the entire bail amount and fee being paid with cash or credit cards.  Using personal property for bonds under $10,000 is a slow cumbersome process and requires more paperwork and time; the preferred method is cash, credit card, or bank deposit.  Bonds that are $10,000, or more, are typically secured with qualified real estate (homes). Many clients, however, prefer not putting there home up as security and use cash/credit cards/bank deposits.

Cash Bail Bonds in Mohave County

Sometimes the court may issue a bail amount that can only be paid in cash.  This means that the entire bail amount must be delivered in cash in order to secure the release of the inmate.  Mohave County cash bonds are different than the Surety bonds that most bail bond companies are used to dealing with. Most Mohave County bail bond companies cannot, or will not, post a cash only bond because they must use their cash to post it. Our company has posted cash bonds for many years at the Mohave County jail; we can either post our cash, or yours by acting as your agent.
