Specialized Services To La Paz County
BAIL BY PHONE
Most of our La Paz County bail bond transactions can be handled over the phone with paperwork being sent via email, fax, or in some cases text. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, wired funds, Zelle, or direct bank deposit (Chase, Wells Fargo, BOA, or National Bank of Arizona). We try to simplify the process as much as possible, we know your main objective is to get your friend or family member out of jail.
Maricopa County Bail Bonds does not like to bog you down with paperwork. We believe the simplest way of dealing with a bond is with the entire bail amount and fee being paid with cash, or credit cards. Using personal property for bonds under $10,000 is a slow cumbersome process and requires more paperwork and time; the preferred method is cash, credit card, or bank deposit. Bonds that are $10,000, or more, may use qualified real estate (homes) for collateral. Many of our clients, however, prefer using cash/credit cards/bank deposits as opposed to real estate.

Cash Bail Bonds in La Paz County
Sometimes the court may issue a bail amount that can only be paid in cash. This means that the entire bail amount must be delivered in cash in order to secure the release of the inmate. La Paz County cash bonds are different than the Surety bonds that most bail bond companies are used to dealing with. Most La Paz County bail bond companies cannot, or will not, post a cash only bond because they must use their cash to post it. Our company has posted cash bonds for many years at the La Paz County jail; we can either post our cash, or yours by acting as your agent.
Credit Card Bail Bonds in La Paz County
Credit card transactions are one of the quickest and easiest ways to secure La Paz County bail bonds. Often credit card payment are the only way for people to secure a bond in a timely fashion. For clients not close to the jail, or ones that are out of state this is one of the fastest methods available. The simplest means of posting a bond is by using a credit card, and this is the best way to get one secured after hours. Once the criminal court proceedings are finished, the bond will be exonerated by the court and the bond will be returned to the client (premiums and any fees are non-refundable).
